50
Number — gematria and numerology meaning
Fifty is the number of the Jubilee in Leviticus 25, the year after seven cycles of seven years, when land is returned and debts released. Pentecost takes its name from the Greek for "fiftieth" because it falls fifty days after Passover in the Jewish calendar and fifty days after Easter in the Christian one. The Hebrew letter nun has the value 50. It reduces to Five in numerology.
Jewish tradition also speaks of the "fifty gates of understanding" (binah), a phrase from the Talmud, with Moses said to have reached all but the last.
